Your Mission:
As a Backline VA, you’ll be the hero behind our clients’ success. You will ensure businesses get the supplies they need on time, without the stress or wasted hours of sourcing and following up. Every list you build, every email you send, and every process you manage directly helps a small business run smoothly.
What You’ll Do:

Identify and research small business clients who can benefit from Backline.

Collect accurate contact details and decision-maker information.

Send outreach messages that help businesses understand how Backline can save them time and money.

Manage and update our CRM so no opportunity slips through the cracks.

Schedule discovery calls via Calendly and support the onboarding process.

Provide weekly progress reports to keep the team aligned.
What We’re Looking For:

Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow systems independently.

Previous experience in virtual assistance, lead generation, or research is a plus.

Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, and basic CRM systems (training provided).

Hours & Compensation:
